  • Our orders are dispatched within 24-72 business hours and usually delivered within 7-10 business days from the order date.
  • Shipping rates are subject to change at anytime
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes
  • We ship to all US states except for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories.
  • We do not ship internationally at the current time.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on what is ordered. All shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

 

RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 30 business days of delivery.  Returned items must be unused with all original packaging.  A return will not be honored if the returned items have any scent, stains, or visible signs of usage. 
  • To initiate your return, please send us an email at  hello@bloomsforyourday.com with your order number, and the item(s) you wish to return. If the order is eligible for a return, we will send you a return form to include with your return.  
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Blooms For Your Day is not responsible for return shipping fees.
  • You can send your return back using any carrier of your choice.  
  •  If your order has more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.

 

EXCHANGES

  • We accept exchanges within 14 business days of delivery.  Returned items must be unused with all original packaging.
  • To initiate an exchange, please send us an email at  hello@bloomsforyourday.com with your order number, and the item(s) you wish to exchange. If the order is eligible for an exchange, we will send you a return form to include with your return.  
  • Once We receive your return, we will issue a credit for the original amount of the order, and you can use the credit to place a new order.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
