General questions about our blooms

Yes! We work diligently to source the best quality silk stems and design every single unit in our collections. Each unit is hand made with love and care in our design studio by our in-house artists.

Yes! Although professional equipment is used to photograph our blooms, we keep the integrity of our collections with light retouching. In addition to our products looking very real, they photograph beautifully.

We do not add scent to our flowers as we understand how personal scent can be. We recommend using scented candles, room sprays, and scented plugins to add layers of scent to your event space as needed.

Absolutely! You can do this in two ways. 

  1. Purchase the bouquet and leave a note at checkout instructing the order is a gift.  Don’t forget to include the message you would like to send to the recipient!
  2. Purchase a gift card here, and the bride will use it to place her order

We do not. We are committed to creating the most beautiful faux flower options for our customers.

Although we do not currently offer sample orders, we highly recommend taking a virtual tour of our flowers through our website, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook pages. We share real-life visual content through our social media channels, which helps get you familiar with our flowers!

We do not offer sample bouquets or sample packs at the moment.

Are bridesmaids bouquets are an excellent option for a toss bouquet!

We do not offer custom orders, but our DIY bunches are an excellent option for creating custom pieces. Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram and YouTube for tips on using them to develop different floral items.

Questions about ordering

We do not currently offer in-person setup, but your flowers will come with easy to follow setup instructions as needed.

We genuinely hope that will not be the case, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your flowers, please initiate a return following the instructionshere.

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships. If the order is already shipped, we will process the cancellation as a return. Kindly review our return policy here.

We cannot change an order after it is confirmed.  We recommend placing a new order with the extra items.  If you would like us to combine the orders in one shipment, send us an email to hello@bloomsforyourday.com with the order numbers and a combined shipment request.

Shipping And Returns

We ship to all US states except for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to US territories.

We do not ship internationally at the current time.

Shipping costs vary depending on what is ordered. All shipping rates are calculated during checkout. You can preview your shipping cost by adding all the items you are interested in your cart and proceed to the shipping at checkout.

Our orders are dispatched within 24-72 business hours and usually delivered within 7-10 business days from the order date.

Depending on the size of your order, we might have to ship them in separate boxes.

You can return your unused items, along with the original tags and packaging, within 14 business days of receiving your order.  Please note we thoroughly inspect our returns for any signs of use.  A return will not be honored if the returned items have any scent, stains, or visible signs of usage.  

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving a return.
